1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a refund:
Banknotes must be in their original, unaltered condition (unhandled, unclipped, and in original protective sleeves/packaging). Proof of purchase or an order number is required.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong banknote, reach out via our website contact form so we can issue a full refund or replacement.
4. Returns Process
Contact customer support through your account dashboard or website contact form with your order number.
Once approved, securely package the items and send them to our UK returns center.
Upon inspection of the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Exclusions
Items returned past the 30-day window.
Notes showing signs of post-delivery damage, wear, or altered grading condition.
